Standards of Design & Construction

Our newest Rules and Regulations have been updated effective August 19, 2021.

Effective September 18, 2014 and amended June 15, 2016, Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District adopted these Rules and Regulations to provide acceptable standards of design and construction for all improvements connecting to the District's facilities, including water and wastewater systems and facilities, and to address policies and procedures relating to the District's parks and recreation facilities.
