NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed new fee recommending a “Out of District Water Fee” submitted to the Board of Directors. A copy of the fee has been filed in the office of the Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District, 9985 Towner Avenue, Falcon, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection.

Such fee will be considered at a public hearing during a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at 9985 Towner Avenue, Falcon, Colorado on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, at 5 p.m. Any interested elector of the Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District may inspect the fee and file or register any objections there to at any time prior to the final adoption of the fee.
